As a mid-level manager, it's easy to feel like you're not doing enough or that you're not capable of reaching that next level of success. But I'm here to tell you that you are enough, just as you are.
You've worked hard to get to this point and wouldn't be in this position if you didn't have what it takes.
But what if I told you that you could do even better? What if I told you that nothing is stopping you from taking your skills and expertise to the next level?
It's all about learning and building awareness of what you're good at and what your team is good at. It's about connecting with your team and helping them navigate ongoing change.
By doing these things, you can create a role that you love and your team love to work with you. You'll become sought-after, and people will want to join your team because of the amazing results you're achieving.
And the best part is, you don't have to do anything drastic to make this happen. You don't have to change who you are or how you lead completely. It's all about doing things differently, taking what you've learned in this role and building on it to create something even better.
So if you're feeling stuck or unsure of yourself, remember you are enough.
You can do this and create the sort of role that you and your team will thrive.
It's all about building on what you already have and continuing to grow and learn as a leader.
To help you, I'm inviting you to complete the Exceptional Team Scorecard.
This will help you discover the areas you can focus on to lift your leadership skills to build exceptional teams.
There are nine questions to unlock your Level Up plan and help you identify the areas so you can start doing things differently.
