Your Career Game-Changer: Ignite Your Path to Career Brilliance.
Are you up for a challenge?
And … ready to ignite your career path?
Imagine realising your career dreams. Maybe that’s a pay rise, promotion, or getting that dream project you’ve been after.
There are secrets to exceptional communication, which is what you need to apply to realise your career dreams.

Before starting my business, I spent quite a few years in the corporate space in various management roles. And it wasn’t until later in my career that I finally realised I could direct my career instead of just ‘lucking’ into roles.
Quite a few of my roles happened because other people said, ‘This is perfect for you’ or ‘Why don’t you do this piece of work...’ and voila, I’d end up in a new, different, challenging role.
Imagine if I had started taking charge of my career from the very beginning rather than letting external forces direct it for me.
If you find yourself in a role, or roles, because it (they) just happened, or someone recommended it, it may be time to focus on the direction you want to take. What do you love doing? What lights you up? Who do you report to and what are they like? Did you choose them or inherit them? What is your team like that you are managing?
When I started focusing on this I realised that ever since I was a kid I was happiest when I was serving and interacting with others - whether that was by helping them heal (when I was a nurse), helping them solve something (when I was a banker), supporting them, or simply listening to them (now as an executive coach, trainer and facilitator).
Here’s one of my biggest takeaways from my 20 plus years of running my business and the years of corporate experience.
The moment you can figure out how to stop saying ‘yes’ to adding more to your workload and start thinking about what lights you up in your role and spending more time doing that, the happier you will be.
Then that will ultimately lead to greater success.
