Level Up Mastergroup Coaching Program
Participants of the Level Up Mastergroup Program find they exponentially increase leadership effectiveness and impact.
In each Level Up Mastergroup, Maree uses the same process she uses with her 1:1 Executive Coaching clients, which allows managers to 10x their leadership effectiveness.
This program is designed for new managers and existing leaders who want to improve their leadership skills.
Whether they have just stepped into a manager role or been leading for a while and want to up their game, this program will work for them.
Each participant can expect personalised coaching, practical skills, and being part of a supportive community.
They are be guided through leadership challenges, learn some actionable strategies, and connect with other leaders on the same journey.
Throughout the nine-weeks each participant will have 2 x 30 minute 1:1 calls with Maree to work through specific challenges or answer specific questions.
Each Mastergroup is intentionally small, creating a supportive community of like-minded leaders who are on the same journey as them.
The Level Up Mastergroup Program is just $2,145 and only opens three times per year, with a maximum of 12 people per group.
