The Level Up Mastergroup Hybrid Coaching Program participants find they exponentially increase leadership effectiveness and impact.
In each Level Up Mastergroup, Maree uses the same process she uses with her 1:1 Executive Coaching clients, which allows managers to 10x their leadership effectiveness.
This program is designed for leaders (or emerging leaders) who want to improve their leadership skills.
Whether they have just stepped into a manager role or been leading for a while and want to up their game, this program will work for them.
Each participant can expect personalised coaching, practical skills, and being part of a supportive community.
They are be guided through leadership challenges, learn some actionable strategies, and connect with other leaders on the same journey.
This three-month hybrid program includes:
One 90-minute 1:1 strategy session
Three 45-minute 1:1 coaching calls with Maree to work through specific challenges or answer specific questions
Three 90-minute mastergroup calls
Each Mastergroup is intentionally small, creating a supportive community of like-minded leaders on the same journey.
The Level Up Mastergroup Program is just $3,520, including GST, and only opens three times per year, with a maximum of 12 people per group.
