It is completely disempowering to be part of a toxic team where infighting is rife, people leave
That it’s the leader’s role to drive change towards the culture they want to be part of, as well as each person in the team also being involved.
Building a team’s culture is like building a bridge: without a strong foundation and sound engineering, it may fail.
