December is a time, as the year draws to a close, to reflect on what 2018 has meant to me. January is then a time to start planning for the year ahead.
I have worked with many wonderful people and organisations this year and for those of you who have come to my talks, workshops, coaching or knowledge sessions - THANK YOU for playing along.
For any of us who do ‘front of room’ and coaching work – we can’t be successful unless the people we work with are willing to step out of their comfort zone a little. And in my case this year – you all have!
For those of you who have referred me work or booked me to work with your teams – THANK YOU for giving me the privilege and opportunity to do what I love.
To my fabulous Social Media Manager – Emma – thank you for totally organising me this year. My social media presence has completely changed thanks to your consistent and detailed efforts (and reminders to keep writing) which allowed me the space to write and publish my second book ‘Connecting Us’.
To all - travel safely, relax and recharge ready for 2019.
